Curtain Call

The first Murder Mystery Dinner Train of North Conway has come and gone. Many thanks to all the folks who made it happen – Conway Scenic Railroad, Arts in Motion, and Jessica from the Cabernet Inn to name just a few. We hope all our diners had a spectacular time at the event, and can’t wait to do this again!

Break a Leg

As fall rolls in and the days get cooler, nights are heating up for the Arts in Motion folks. Just this past week they had a full costume dress rehearsal for the MMDT and it was a smashing success! Stay tuned for sneak previews of the devilishly entertaining evening that awaits you when you ride the Murder Mystery Dinner Train!

A Table – Part Two

Welcome back! This week on A Table we’re presenting the second half of our dinner from the Murder Mystery Train.  There are three fabulous options for entrees. First – a grilled rib eye with balsamic herb emulsion, second – baked stuffed chicken with prosciutto and gruyere cheese, and third, a vegetarian option – black bean stuffed portabella mushroom with roasted red pepper. And if that isn’t enough, all entrees are served with manchego polenta cake and a seasonal vegetable. Unfortunately, you are only allowed  to choose one. All the more reason to go in a group, thereby getting to try everyone’s choice! To top it all off, a tray of petite desserts will be served to every table. Not that you need any more convincing, since this dinner alone is worth the train ride,  but don’t forget – this is accompanied by a show!

A table for two

Dinner and a show, such a classic combination. And what a dinner this will be! Hosted on The Dining Car Chocorua, your taste buds will be tantalized by the delicious options prepared by the culinary talent from Crawford’s Restaurant at Attitash Grand Summit Hotel. Every table is to be set with a crudite platter, then started with a first course of lobster bisque. A light and exciting second course of grilled seasonal vegetable gazpacho follows, served with avocado citrus chantilly and parmesan croutons.
Are you hungry yet? Tune in next week for the a most difficult decision – choosing an entree!
